Order Cancellation
Cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases:
A) Before completing the order, during the online ordering process, you can click the "Cancel" button located at the bottom center of your screen. Clicking on it automatically interrupts the ordering process.
B) If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 694 495 2502 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
Withdrawal – Return / Replacement of Products
a) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the product(s) was delivered. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement via the contact form on the website.
If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product(s) in the condition in which you received it(them) together with the sales receipt. The product(s) must not have been washed, not have been used in any way, have all its/their tags attached and their packaging must not have been damaged. No refund can be made if the product(s) has/have been used or if it(they) is/are damaged. The return is made to the supplier without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. In this case, you will be charged with the direct cost-expense of returning the goods(s).
The return of the goods is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid the shipping costs for their return. Similarly, the company is obliged to refund you the price received (excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method that is charged to '20s Gangsta), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which it receives the goods back. The company will carry out the refund by depositing it into a bank account indicated by the customer. In any case, you will not be charged any costs for such refund. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
b) Return / Replacement of Products
There is a possibility of returning due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (if, for example, you received a different product than the one you ordered).
In order to complete the return of the item, the following conditions must be met:
1. Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must have been purchased exclusively from '20s Gangsta
3. The defective product is replaced only with the same product or with any other product upon agreement.
4. The consumer has the right to request an unjustified refund of his money in accordance with 8a.
Return process:
1. Contact us at info@20sgangsta.com or 694 495 2502 to clarify the details of the return. When contacting us, you must have your purchase receipt number and product code.
2. It is necessary to send us a photo of the species to info@20sgangsta.com, so that we can have a better understanding in our communication with you and confirm acceptance of the return.
3. Package the product so that it is protected during shipping.
4. In case the product has a defect or there has been an error in your order, you send the package with the courier company that we will indicate to you using the customer code that we will indicate to you and the shipping costs are borne by '20s Gangsta.
*Please note that return shipping costs are charged by our company only in the event of our own error or defective product. In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer.
